Do you ship?
Yes! Most items we carry can be shipped at minimal cost, however certain larger items may require freight or local store pick up only.
Can you hold an item?
Yes! If you wish to have us hold an item for you, please contact us in advance when possible.
Please note: Full or partial payment in advance may be required. If you just plan to enjoy Thomasville for more of the day, same day holding after purchase is never a problem.
What is your return policy?
Items purchased online or in store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days. Due to our volume of sales and consistent changes in products there will be no refunds given under any circumstances. Items exchanged or returned for store credit must be in original condition as it was when purchased. Sale items are final sale only.
